Experienced Liaison for Customer Support ServicesServe as the liaison between customer and support services functional providers, including graphic design, typing and document processing support, editing, proofing, quality control support, CD production, printing services, and vendors. Understand client's processes, products, and services to proactively address customer needs. Familiarity with engineering terminology preferred. Oversee and coordinate work performed. Ensure completion in a timely and cost-efficient manner to meet customer needs. Communicate project status with client and adjust workload and/or request resources according to client needs. Review, edit, proof, and coordinate production of publications in accordance with applicable standards. Create, maintain, and update user manuals, technical manuals, online help systems, training materials, and other technical documents. Publication production includes ensuring the accuracy and legibility of all published material (paper and electronic), adherence to client standards and applicable style guides, and correct assembly and print quality of all printed material. Editing, which includes the following: Collaborating on the planning, design, development, and deployment of new publications (printed reports and/or Web sites) and revisions to existing publications; Compiling input from multiple sources and provide suggestions and guidance on document cohesion and consistency; Providing research, writing, document consultation, and development/design services to clients. Oversee various E&CS communication platforms, including web, Watts Up, survey utility, and some SharePoint sites. Compile/produce reports; tabulate and analyze survey data. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product details and requirements.
