Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday | Initial 1st Shift for Training (1–2 Months), Then Transition to 2nd Shift Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead warehouse and transportation operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, material flow, and team leadership to ensure uninterrupted support of production and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead daily inbound and outbound logistics operations supporting manufacturing and customer shipments. Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, material handling, and shipping/receiving activities. Coordinate transportation schedules and carrier performance to ensure on‑time delivery. Oversee inventory management processes, cycle counts, and stock accuracy. Utilize WMS and SAP systems to monitor inventory, shipments, and operational performance. Lead and develop supervisors, team leads, and hourly associates. Monitor KPIs related to safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth material flow and production support. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Required Qualifications 5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain leadership experience. Strong background in inbound and outbound operations within a manufacturing warehouse environment. Proven expertise in inventory management and warehouse operations. Experience managing supervisors and large hourly workforce. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP (WM/EWM preferred). Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience. Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations. Knowledge of lean principles, continuous improvement, and KPI management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
