El puesto es remoto y de tipo contractual.Superside es una empresa líder en creatividad impulsada por IA, que ayuda a más de 500 marcas ambiciosas a realizar conceptos creativos a escala. Es una compañía completamente remota con más de 700 miembros en más de 60 países.## Responsabilidades clave* Gestionar la relación integral con 5–10 clientes empresariales, impulsando la retención, expansión y confianza ejecutiva.* Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento de cuentas, identificando oportunidades de mejora y expansión.* Liderar renovaciones y negociaciones comerciales en colaboración con el liderazgo.* Construir relaciones sólidas con partes interesadas senior y equipos de compras.* Traducir los objetivos del cliente en programas y soluciones creativas escalables.* Colaborar con Project Managers y Producers para garantizar una entrega fluida en todos los flujos de trabajo.* Actuar como punto de escalación senior, resolviendo problemas rápidamente y manteniendo la confianza del cliente.* Monitorear la salud de las cuentas, las tasas de consumo y el ritmo para asegurar el rendimiento y la rentabilidad.* Desarrollar casos de negocio impulsados por ROI que demuestren el valor del modelo de Superside.* Identificar oportunidades para aprovechar la IA y la automatización para mejorar los resultados del cliente.* Capacitar y desarrollar a PMs y Producers para elevar el nivel de entrega y gestión de clientes.* Colaborar con los equipos de Creatividad, Producto y Operaciones para alinear recursos y ejecución.## Requisitos indispensables* 5–10+ años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas o servicios al cliente en entornos creativos, de marketing o digitales.* Historial comprobado de gestión y crecimiento de cuentas empresariales o de alto valor global.* 3–5+ años en un rol de liderazgo de cuentas (por ejemplo, Senior Account Manager, Group Account Manager o equivalente).* Fuerte perspicacia comercial con responsabilidad sobre ingresos, retención y objetivos de crecimiento.* Experiencia trabajando con clientes empresariales, SaaS, D2C o B2B.* Habilidad comprobada para gestionar partes interesadas senior y navegar organizaciones complejas.* Experiencia liderando y desarrollando equipos multifuncionales.* Mentalidad operativa sólida con capacidad para escalar la entrega manteniendo la calidad.* Capacidad para traducir objetivos empresariales en programas y resultados accionables.* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con un enfoque estructurado y orientado a soluciones.## Beneficios* Modalidad remota.* Tipo de empleo contractual.
