Neuroscience Sales Specialist - (Pittsburgh, PA) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Pittsburgh, PA territory to engage healthcare professionals and drive adoption of the company's neuroscience portfolio. The role combines clinical expertise development with strategic account planning and customer relationship management in a commission-based pharmaceutical sales position.
Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals with customer-specific approaches aligned to practitioner priorities and patient outcomes
- Develop expertise in neuroscience portfolio including Caplyta and apply clinical knowledge to customer engagement
- Develop and execute strategic account and pre-call plans focused on territory and business goals
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust execution strategies based on performance
- Collaborate with internal partners across face-to-face, virtual, and digital channels to support coordinated engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MS/MBA/PhD preferred
- Three or more years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% including overnight trips
- Residency in Pittsburgh area or willingness to relocate to territory
- Structured sales approach with ability to adapt engagement to customer needs
- Strategic account planning and territory prioritization experience
- Trust-based relationship building through communication and collaboration
