Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you serve as a Representative dealing with internal and external customers on day-to-day business matters. You will assist sales with processing requests for quotations, diagnosing customer’s needs, obtaining bids from vendors and/or teaming partners, writing and submitting final quotations in accordance with established guidelines, processing purchase orders, and ensuring payment is collected for products and services rendered.

Location: Brea, CA

Salary Range: $58,100 - $77,400

Your Challenge:

• Serves as administrative liaison between inside sales, outside sales, product line management, and business development teams to develop business with existing and prospective customers
• Help prepare quotes/proposals, update and manage sales funnel in CRM tool
• Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner
• Process sales orders by reviewing customer purchase orders for correct terms and conditions and accurately processing such orders into Syteline ERP system
• Follow up on quotes
• Assist in arranging customer visit logistics and accommodations
• Performance requires physical attendance and/or ability to work from home
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree
• Minimum 2 years working in a customer service or inside sales capacity within a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Ability to develop strong and trust worthy relationships with business partners
• ERP experience a plus
• Excellent verbal, written communications, presentation skills
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, PowerBI

• Must be able to self-organize workloads and manage deadlines
