Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales opportunities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Collaborate with operations, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts Support outside sales teams and account managers as needed Utilize CRM and business systems to document customer interactions and manage opportunities Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience Stay up to date on products, industry trends, and company offerings Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, account coordination, or a related field is preferred. Candidates without true working experience who are excited to learn are encouraged to apply!
