Job Summary
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the performance, efficiency, and operational effectiveness of multiple clinics within a defined geographic region. This role ensures consistency in workflows, financial performance, patient experience, and staff development across all assigned locations while driving strategic initiatives to optimize clinic operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics and ancillary services within the assigned region
• Ensure consistency in workflows, policies, and performance standards across locations
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, staff engagement, and patient experience
• Collaborate with physicians to review workflows, performance metrics, and optimize clinic and surgical volume
• Supervise clinic managers and operational teams across multiple sites
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to support leadership development
• Partner with HR on recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including patient volume, utilization, and profitability
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control across regional clinics
• Review and report monthly profit and loss statements to senior leadership
• Collaborate with providers and billing teams to ensure accurate and timely claims processing
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and service quality across the region
• Ensure standardized processes for scheduling, intake, and patient follow-up
• Address escalated patient concerns and lead service recovery efforts

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant operational or healthcare management experience
• Experience managing multiple locations or departments preferred
