We are seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Apartment Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior property management or leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to resolve resident concerns in a calm and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to resident/prospect inquiries
- Conduct apartment tours and lease apartments
- Process lease renewals and resident paperwork
- Perform move-out walk-through inspections
- Maintain records using leasing/property management software
- Provide excellent customer service and conflict resolution
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Property management/leasing experience (Required)
- Familiarity with leasing software
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
