MUST HAVE

3+ years of casual dining restaurant management Currently managing in a casual dining restaurant 2+ years of bar management experience Experience managing $2M+ annual restaurant sales Stable career history

Daily restaurant & bar operations Team leadership, hiring, training & development Scheduling, labor management & performance Guest experience & service excellence Revenue growth and profitability Vendor relationships and purchasing Promotions, events & community engagement Safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance
