Title: Supervisor, Paid Social Location: New York, United States Job Summary Supervisor, Paid Social will lead paid social activations for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with client budget and performance goals. The role supports campaign planning, launch readiness, ongoing optimization, client communication, and reporting, while driving cross‑functional collaboration and internal team development. Key Responsibilities Planning: Lead landscape, competitor, and trend analyses to inform strategy and audience targeting; present recommendations and insights with a client‑focused lens. Development: Oversee launch readiness, campaign setup accuracy, and timely delivery; apply learnings to refine activation approaches and support best practices. Optimization: Use in‑platform expertise and performance data to guide optimizations; identify testing opportunities and emerging platform capabilities. Stewardship: Support directors with client communications, account coordination, and ad hoc initiatives; lead day‑to‑day client communications for assigned accounts. Reporting: Lead reporting and data analysis for priority engagements; review data pulls and reporting outputs for accuracy and craft actionable insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent. 4+ years of paid social bid management and campaign development/optimization experience across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or other paid social ad platforms or 3rd‑party API technology. Understanding of multi‑channel marketing strategy and the interconnectedness of social, search, programmatic, display, and OOH strategies. Strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and ability to manage large data sets. Resourceful, curious, and motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven teamwork, independent work, and delegation skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines. Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred. Passion for health, wellness, connectedness, and media.
