Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage requirements for multiple parallel projects Conduct GAP analysis between wealth solutions and netx 360 (investor platform) and help in decommissioning of the latter for a better user experience. Coordinate UAT with internal and external clients. Onboard the clients into the Netx systems, providing them with solutions by understanding their existing process and suiting their needs. Track and report project milestones with the PM on time for internal reporting. Work with different impacted services, create user stories and collect estimates as part of the requirement gathering process. Support the clients post‑production/post conversions by resolving their issues by coordinating internally. This is a hybrid role with required 3 days a week on‑site in Charlotte, NC. Role requires contractor time away (CTA), 5 days per quarter, as mandated by the client.
