The Role You will lead and develop our Engineering organization, helping teams operate with greater clarity, accountability, and effectiveness. Your mission is to ensure our software engineering runs reliably today while building the foundation for future growth. You will help the team deliver predictably, raise quality and ownership, and connect software engineering decisions closely to customer and business needs. You will shape the evolution of our AI-assisted software development lifecycle, driving Engineering to embrace and adopt new ways of building software while ensuring high quality, robustness and reliability, and at substantially increased speed. You will work closely with Product, Machine Learning, Clinical and QA/Regulatory teams. What You Bring 5-10 years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills A proven track record of building high-performing teams Experience improving execution, delivery, and organizational effectiveness Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A software engineering background with sufficient technical credibility to work effectively with senior engineers A pragmatic, hands‑on approach and a strong sense of ownership A strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility beyond the boundaries of Engineering.
