Case Manager: Housing First Support & Harm Reduction

A community support organization in Boston seeks a Case Manager to provide intensive case management for chronically homeless individuals. You will work as part of a team, using harm reduction techniques and addressing behavioral health needs. A strong commitment to learning and supporting tenants in their recovery is essential.
