Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch training program Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host a minimum of two open houses each month Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines Actively participate in team meetings and events as required Commit to weekly one‑on‑one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other services related to listing properties Qualifications Self‑driven sales expert with a competitive edge Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Naturally adept at handling objections Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate agent Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Committed to continuous learning and personal growth Highly organized Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques Strong time management capabilities About Our Team Join the Cynthia Quarantello Realty Group, supported by REAL Broker, one of the fastest‑growing brokerages across the US and Canada.
