We’re looking for motivated, coachable Real Estate Sales Agents who are ready to meet with buyers and sellers, earn their business, and help Raleigh-area families accomplish their real estate goals.

Compensation:

$155,000 - $194,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective buyers and sellers throughout the Raleigh area
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
• Build relationships and convert opportunities into committed client relationships
• Guide buyers through home searches, offers, inspections, and negotiations
• Help sellers understand pricing, positioning, offers, and the path to getting their home sold
• Follow up quickly and consistently with prospective clients
• Negotiate on behalf of your clients while protecting their best interests
• Follow EmpowerHome’s proven sales and client-service systems
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability
• Deliver the 2nd Mile Service EmpowerHome clients expect

Qualifications:

This opportunity could be a strong fit if you:

• Hold an active North Carolina real estate license or are actively completing your licensing requirements
• Want to grow your real estate sales career in Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle market
• Are comfortable meeting buyers and sellers face-to-face
