Compensation:

$150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective home sellers throughout Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle market
• Conduct listing consultations and earn signed listing agreements
• Help homeowners understand pricing, positioning, market conditions, and their competition
• Recommend strategies based on the seller’s goals and current market conditions
• Maintain consistent communication with sellers throughout the listing process
• Follow up with prospective sellers and nurture future listing opportunities
• Review activity and market feedback with sellers and lead necessary pricing conversations
• Evaluate and negotiate offers while protecting your seller’s interests
• Follow EmpowerHome’s proven listing systems and sales processes
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and accountability
• Provide the 2nd Mile Service EmpowerHome clients expect

Qualifications:

You could be a strong fit if you:

• Hold an active North Carolina real estate license
• Have experience working with sellers or a strong desire to specialize in listings
• Are confident sitting face-to-face with homeowners
• Can have clear conversations about price without avoiding difficult realities
• Are comfortable asking for a seller’s commitment
• Follow up consistently and take ownership of your pipeline
• Are coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Understand that great listing agents lead rather than simply take orders
• Want accountability, training, and a team around you
