Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any concerns. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes. Support the team in achieving project goals and maintaining excellent communication.

The Successful Applicant

A successful construction project manager should have: experience managing construction projects in the property industry, strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively, excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members, knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards, ability to handle budgets and schedules efficiently.
