Construction Project Manager

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client, a highly respected and growing construction company in the Western NY area This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion while working with a well-established team known for quality execution and strong client relationships. Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage construction projects from estimating and bidding through execution and closeout
- Prepare project estimates, takeoffs, and bid documentation
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets to ensure cost control and profitability
- Manage the full project bidding process, including subcontractor/vendor coordination
- Prepare and assist with contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Track RFIs, maintain project logs, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Review blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
- Schedule, lead, and participate in project meetings with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Review and process subcontractor and vendor invoices
- Maintain project schedules and help ensure milestones are achieved
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to keep work progressing smoothly
- Experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar project leadership role
- Strong background in estimating, budgeting, bidding, and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of RFIs, contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Construction Management, Engineering, Design, or related degree preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, or Albany, NY
