Construction Project Manager

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client, a highly respected and growing construction company in the Western NY area

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion while working with a well-established team known for quality execution and strong client relationships.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from estimating and bidding through execution and closeout
Prepare project estimates, takeoffs, and bid documentation
Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets to ensure cost control and profitability
Manage the full project bidding process, including subcontractor/vendor coordination
Prepare and assist with contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
Track RFIs, maintain project logs, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Review blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
Schedule, lead, and participate in project meetings with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Review and process subcontractor and vendor invoices
Maintain project schedules and help ensure milestones are achieved
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to keep work progressing smoothly

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

Experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar project leadership role
Strong background in estimating, budgeting, bidding, and project coordination
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Knowledge of RFIs, contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor management
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Construction Management, Engineering, Design, or related degree preferred
Ability to work on-site in Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, or Albany, NY

Base salary to $100,000 - 125,000 plus bonus and excellent benefit package.
