Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of residents to assess their physical capabilities and devise effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Design and implement personalized therapeutic programs that mitigate physical impairments while advancing strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Administer a variety of treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities, to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of residents' progress and continually adjust treatment plans based on their evolving conditions and responses to therapy.
• Collaborate regularly with an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and integrate medical insights from various specialties.
• Provide education to residents and their families regarding at-home exercise programs and strategies to sustain their physical health after therapy concludes.
• Uphold compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as professional standards in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The residents in our care primarily include individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions, many of whom are part of the geriatric population. Your expertise as a Physical Therapist will be crucial in addressing their specific rehabilitation challenges. Qualifications

• A current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a higher-level degree (Master's or Doctoral) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
