Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Salinas, California. Operating primarily during regular business hours, our working schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced lifestyle for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that evaluate the patient's condition, medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Design customized care plans based on detailed assessments, employing evidence-based practices to address each patient's unique needs.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, providing education that enhances their understanding of the therapy process and encourages adherence to the treatment plan.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including progressive exercise prescriptions and manual therapy, to facilitate recovery and improve physical function.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring efficient and effective care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care activities and treatment outcomes following regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, trauma, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

• A minimum of three years of experience specifically focused on orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
