Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In West Orange, NJ
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an exciting OTR role with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes that feature excellent mileage potential along with performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and reliable earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Generally out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight demands.
- We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may happen.
- Schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- Each truck is outfitted with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.
- 100% no-touch freight, mainly automotive loads for streamlined operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 depending on hiring location, with weekly miles between 2,500-2,800.
- Base pay rate from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with potential for 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
