Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine / Advanced Reproductive Specialists is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our growing clinic in Jacksonville, FL. Position Overview: As a Medical Assistant, you’ll work closely with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role involves both clinical and front-office duties, including phlebotomy, patient intake, maintaining clean and stocked exam rooms, and assisting with administrative tasks when needed. What You’ll Do: Triage patients and record vital signs, medical histories, and relevant data Assist with exams, procedures, specimen collection, and patient education Prepare and maintain exam rooms and ensure timely patient flow Communicate effectively with providers and patients Support front office duties such as scheduling and phone support when assigned Maintain compliance with clinical policies and procedures Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Current BLS Certification Strong communication and organizational skills Prior experience in women’s healthcare or fertility a plus!
