Technical Account Manager & AI Visibility Strategist

About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager & AI Visibility Strategist , you will own client relationships while serving as the primary technical and strategic lead on brand AI visibility. This is not a traditional, relationship-only account management role - your core value lies at the intersection of technical credibility, diagnostic problem-solving, and strategic execution.

We heavily prioritize self-starters, particularly former founders or early-stage startup employees, who thrive in high-ownership, fast-evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep audits of how client brands show up across major LLMs ; diagnose exactly why a brand is or isn’t being surfaced, mentioned, or accurately represented.
• Analyze the brand’s end-to-end digital footprint, including website content, product/ingredient data, YouTube, social channels, Reddit, and brand partnerships/sponsorships.
• Translate technical audit insights into clear, actionable roadmaps (e.g., identifying gaps in editorial content, or ensuring major sponsorships/partnerships are structured properly on-site for LLM ingestion ).
• Establish foundational priorities and collaborate directly with founders, strategy teams, and clients to align on which content and brand initiatives should be produced.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage employee at a fast-growing startup is strongly preferred .
• Deep curiosity and practical understanding of LLMs , AI search mechanics , digital marketing , and modern SEO/content ecosystems .
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust through technical authority and analytical clarity.
• Proven track record of diagnosing messy, unstructured digital data and turning it into structured strategy.
