Job Responsibilities

Accounting Finance Manager (HC:1)

• Khung lương: 50-60tr gross, BHXH 50%, lương tháng 13 tuỳ tình hình, có thể public lương.

• Yêu cầu chính: có bằng Kế toán trưởng, kinh nghiệm quản lý 2-3 entities trở lên, gốc Kế toán đi lên, quy mô công ty cũ khoảng 500 tỉ/năm trở lên
• Tiếng Anh trung bình là được, scope 70% Accounting – 30% Finance nên phần phân tích tài chính không cần mạnh
• Cấu trúc team: 1 Kế toán tổng hợp (outsource nên tuyển gấp ở role dưới) + 1 AP + 1 AR, tuỳ nhu cầu sẽ mở rộng team sau

• Lead the accounting function in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), oversee periodic financial statements and VAT, CIT, and PIT compliance, and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Manage daily liquidity, weekly and monthly cash-flow planning, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, while partnering with Sales and Operations to improve collections and working-capital turnover.
• Coordinate the annual budget and quarterly or rolling forecasts, analyze revenue, costs, profitability, budget variances, and gross margins by customer, product, and shipment, and provide decision-support reports to management.
• Partner with Sales to validate cost assumptions before commercial commitments, assess order profitability, and highlight financial risks such as cost volatility and potentially uncollectible receivables.
• Manage banking activities covering L/C, T/T, CAD, loan documentation, and credit facilities, monitor interest and bank charges, and recommend appropriate approaches to capital utilization.
• Assess foreign-exchange, commodity-price, and logistics-related risks and recommend hedging measures or contractual terms that reduce financial exposure when appropriate.
• Support medium-term financial planning, forecast funding requirements, optimize cash flow and capital efficiency, and develop basic scenarios for revenue growth and movements in costs or exchange rates.
• Manage the accounting team, review financial data and reports, and build team capability through coaching and development.
• Establish and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial governance practices.

Job Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Hands-on experience preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and conducting basic financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in trading or import-export businesses is preferred; experience working with banks and international payment activities is also preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and local taxation requirements.
• Strong financial analysis capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Logistics.
• Sound decision-making skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with advanced practical use of Excel required; ERP experience is an advantage.
