Assistant Property Manager

Providence Real Estate is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to help lead operations at our newest apartment community in Austin, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused property management professional who enjoys working with residents, supporting financial performance, and helping create a positive community experience. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations, resident relations, leasing support, rent collections, and administrative functions. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay: Competitive salary based on experience What You'll Do You will assist with the overall management of the community, support resident retention efforts, process leases and renewals, monitor accounts receivable, and help ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations. You'll also support leasing efforts, maintain resident files, and help drive occupancy and revenue goals. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have previous apartment management experience, strong customer service skills, experience with rent collections and resident relations, and proficiency with property management software. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is preferred.
