Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Kansas City, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.14 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, loading zones, and common areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services. Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
