Our client, an industry leader in their field, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team. As a Billing Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the finance department supporting billing and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $21 Shift: Day

What's the Job?

• Generate accounts receivable invoices and prepare them for mailing
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
• Prepare monthly statements and correspondence as needed
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely billing processes

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with basic office software and billing systems
