Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation.This individual will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department. We are searching for an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated individual that will aid our Human Resources department.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for intake of compensation/classification formsClassifying non-exempt and exempt positionsConducting salary surveysAssists with market matching for job classifications using a variety of tools and software.Maintains compensation database, job code tables, and reviews and troubleshoots hiring forms and systems compensation standardsOverseeing annual merit pay increasesCollecting and analyzing data on wages and salaries, and evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary.Assist in the design and administration of compensation programs and may help in preparing compensation reportsTime and attendance processing/auditingWorks as part of a team to approve job actions and applies proper coding to ensure correct actions are processed for both internal and external reportingPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications· 2+ years of progressive experience in human resources management with specific expertise in the area of compensation· Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field· Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and tables· Knowledge of HRIS Systems, including running queries and accessing and manipulating dataSkills and CertificationsJob analysis and job evaluationKnowledge of HRIS systemsAbility to evaluate and manipulate data
