What you will do Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies Conduct process modernization projects Facilitate effective transitioning of project teams Provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training Deliver knowledge transfer to project teams Coordinate between multiple project teams for enterprise-wide integration Provide daily supervision to Business Process Reengineering Specialists What you will bring BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline 5 years of experience in business process reengineering Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Experience with process improvement methodologies Group facilitation and training skills Experience coordinating multiple project teams Supervisory experience How you will wow us Prior experience with DoD, DISA, or DES process improvement initiatives Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred Ability to work on‑site at Fort Belvoir, VA Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Experience leading modernization projects in defense environments Background in DoD enterprise transformation programs Commitment to Non-Discrimination All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any protected status protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCS Solutions LLC
