Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and manage front desk operations in a fast-paced auto service environment Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the service queue Communicate vehicle service recommendations and estimates clearly to customers Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate customer records Coordinate with technicians to provide accurate service updates and turnaround times Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area Requirements Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop environment Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and point-of-sale systems Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset Automotive knowledge or interest is a plus, but not required About Us Meineke Car Care Centers is one of the most recognized and trusted names in the automotive repair industry, with hundreds of locations serving communities across the country.
