Job Summary

We are seekingaTrim &WarrantySupport Specialist to play a critical role in supporting daily operations. Workingtogether with the team on daily basisyou would beassistingplumbing crews warranty customers builders and internal departments with scheduling dispatching managing communication documentation and workflow coordination to complete plumbing jobs such as installations repairs and service idealcandidatefor this rolewill beadetail-orientedindividual proactiveresourceful-critical thinker solution-oriented andcapable of handling multiple responsibilitiessimultaneouslywhile delivering strong customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of communications through phoneemailsandservicerequestssystem and managecommunication between field personneland clients.

• Researchandanalyzejob historydataandfollow up withclients andfieldpersonnelbased on findings to planappropriateworkflowpromptly.

• Createworkordersand schedulejobsconsideringurgency availability and operational priorities.

• Document andmaintainaccurateprojectinformationwithin the job management systemto ensure accuracy and accountability.

• Work closely with construction inventory and internal support teams to ensure job readiness and material availability.

• Assistwith coordination between departments to support smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

• Participate in cross-training and provide backup support to team members when needed.

• Helpmaintainstrong internal and external customer satisfaction throughtimelyfollow-up and clear communication.

• Supportadditionaldepartment projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support operations coordination dispatching administrative support or a similar role.

• Construction or plumbing industry knowledge and experiencepreferred.

• Strong computerproficiency including data entry documentation management and typing skills.

• Ability to prepare review and understand reports spreadsheets forms and job-related documentation with accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service abilities.

• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize urgent matters and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer typing writing and analyzing data. Moving carrying and lifting equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. Moving throughout the building to perform daily tasks. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards.
