Role Overview

Experience: 5+ Years as Product Owner, including 3+ Years in Healthcare Domain

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Owner with strong domain expertise and hands-on exposure to UIPath RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, healthcare operations teams, and technology teams, ensuring delivery of high-value products and automation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization of healthcare-related initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, clinical/healthcare operations teams, architects, developers, and QA teams.
Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
Define product vision, goals, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Partner with UIPath development teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities within healthcare workflows.
Validate delivered solutions, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and data privacy requirements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
3+ years of Healthcare industry experience (Payer, Provider, Healthcare Operations, Claims, Enrollment, Prior Authorization, Care Management, etc.).
Mandatory experience with UIPath and RPA-driven healthcare process automation.
Strong experience managing product backlogs and defining user stories.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on healthcare digital transformation or automation programs.
Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and healthcare data standards.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
Exposure to AI/Intelligent Automation initiatives within healthcare organizations.
