Escrow Coordinator

Company: True Title Company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour True Title Company is seeking a dependable and adaptable Escrow Support Specialist to provide flexible support across multiple departments. This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team environment, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning different areas of the title and escrow process. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to learn quickly, and a commitment to providing a concierge‑level experience for clients and team members. Key Responsibilities Provide coverage for team members who are absent, on leave, or unavailable during high-volume periods Assist with a wide range of tasks across multiple departments Support front desk, escrow assistant, funding, and other operational areas as needed Learn and follow department‑specific procedures and company protocols Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards and policies Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and outside partners Help create a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all clients Represent the company’s core values through teamwork, excellence, and reliability Qualifications Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and work in different departments or roles as needed Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Why True Title Company?
