Compensation $50,000–$65,000+ annually (performance-based) Additional bonus opportunities available Performance based company trips Key Responsibilities Communicate with prospective and current clients by phone Explain service and benefit options clearly and professionally Assist clients with account-related inquiries, updates, and billing concerns Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs Accurately document client interactions and maintain records Follow company procedures, workflows, and communication standards Qualifications Experience in telesales, customer service, account management, or client support preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Must have access to a laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace High school diploma or GED required Why Join Our Team?
