Co-lead/lead weekly small group sessions for students exploring their major options. Email students reminders about Exploratory career advising opportunities Send congratulatory emails to students who have declared their major Analyze qualitative and quantitative data on exploratory studies students’ experience in small group sessions and in 1:1 career advising Shadow then co-lead exploratory career advising appointments Prepare for both information sessions and career advising appointments Take student notes both from the small group sessions and 1:1 career advising appointments Meet with campus partners Support the planning and implementation of large workshops/events Requirements Must be currently enrolled in a Graduate/Masters Program.
