• Join a reputable Orthopedic Surgeon along with a team of Physician Assistants and skilled support personnel.
• Focus on General Orthopedics, including Sports Medicine, Total Shoulder procedures, Fracture Care, and more.
• Collaborate with a sister facility that features 3 Orthopedic Surgeons and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Enjoy a balanced work schedule with a typical 4-day work week, comprising 2 days in the operating room and 2 days in the clinic.
• Minimal on-call responsibilities, primarily phone consultations; the current surgeon was called in only a few times last year.
• The hospital is situated on a sprawling 630 acres, featuring 8 miles of ski trails and a scenic 30-acre lake with a boat launch.

• This is an employed position with a salary guarantee ranging from $900,000 to over $1 million, plus production incentives, allowing for potential earnings exceeding $1.3 million.
