Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech (SPT)

Sterile Processing TechShift: 3x12s, 7p-730a (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with holiday rotation. Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Floating requirement to sister facilities: Yes. May be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, Main, or West Campus. Years of experience required: 2 years. First-timers accepted: No. Level 1 trauma experience required. Experience required: Sterilization, decontaminate and assembly/wrap SPT experience. Types of cases preferred: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, GYN. National certifications required: CBSPD and/or HSPA. BLS required: Not required. Local radius: 60 miles. Locals accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted rate. RTO restrictions: All RTO must be provided at time of submission. No RTO will be approved after contract is signed. Approval based on department needs. Guaranteed hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Hospital highlights: Type of facility: Level I trauma center, teaching facility, magnet hospital. Total staffed beds: 820. Parking cost: Nights and weekends only.
