AI Implementation Specialist, Expert Services - Positions 5
Expert Technology Services
Job Summary (List Format):
- Deploy and configure Now Assist AI capabilities (Generative AI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence) across customer environments.
- Translate AI Transformation Architect blueprints into actionable ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and workflows.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases in alignment with customer success metrics.
- Drive measurable AI adoption outcomes (e.g., active user rates, workflow automation, time-to-value).
- Collaborate closely with AI Transformation Architects to execute tailored AI adoption roadmaps, sprint plans, and go-live activities.
- Facilitate customer workshops, enablement sessions, and hands-on training to build AI literacy and encourage sustained usage.
- Identify and escalate technical, organizational, or behavioral adoption blockers and recommend targeted solutions.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for AI-related questions and issues throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Participate in customer meetings, executive briefings, and QBRs as an AI SME alongside architects.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and advise on configuration conflicts, data gaps, or architecture issues impacting AI activation.
- Document customer solutions, AI use case results, and lessons learned to contribute to the team's knowledge base.
- Apply critical thinking to integrate AI into work processes, enable automation, analyze AI-driven insights, and explore AI's impact on industry functions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead training sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants or lead technical workstreams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Manage data, database design, and support related concepts as required.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Operate effectively in a customer-centric, culturally diverse environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
- Must possess CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
