Job Summary (List Format): AI Transformation Architect
- Serve as a senior strategic and technical lead within the Expert Services AI Practice, driving enterprise-scale AI transformation.
- Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on AI strategy, business case development, transformation roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
- Lead enterprise AI transformation engagements from opportunity identification through operating model design and value realization.
- Facilitate workshops and assessments to establish current-state analysis and develop future-state AI-enabled operating models.
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures, including Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic workflows, AI Control Tower, RAG, knowledge graphs, and enterprise integrations.
- Provide hands-on architecture leadership during pilots and early-phase deliveries, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop reusable reference architectures, deployment patterns, and transformation playbooks to support scalable, repeatable delivery.
- Define and implement AI governance frameworks covering data stewardship, model risk, bias controls, compliance, and audit trails.
- Support clients in operationalizing responsible AI practices, regulatory alignment, and continuous optimization post-deployment.
- Lead AI adoption strategies, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy programs, and change management.
- Define and track adoption KPIs and value realization metrics, providing ongoing consultative guidance and optimization recommendations.
- Coach client teams to build internal AI capabilities for long-term self-sufficiency and reduced dependency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, consulting, customer success, platform, and product teams to embed AI advisory across the customer lifecycle.
- Build and maintain industry-specific AI advisory playbooks, value models, governance templates, and deployment patterns.
- Act as a thought leader by contributing to white papers, best-practice guides, and representing the organization at AI forums and customer briefings.
- Support pre-sales by qualifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and presenting transformation vision to executive buyers.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or senior technology advisory, with a focus on AI, ML, or digital transformation.
- Experience integrating AI into business processes, workflow automation, or decision-making.
- Strong ServiceNow domain knowledge (Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic workflows, AI Control Tower, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, A2A, MCP).
- Demonstrated experience in complex, multi-stakeholder AI/digital transformation engagements.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, data quality, integration, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience delivering in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adjusting for varying customer maturity levels.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, App Engine); ServiceNow certifications preferred.
- AI/ML certifications (AWS, Google, or equivalent) desirable.
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Retail is highly desirable.
- Must have ServiceNow CSA certification.
