Seeking a CO TA, Occupational Therapy Assistant to cover therapy services in West Palm Beach, FL 33418 in a Home Setting. We are an outpatient therapy at home provider seeking passionate therapists to deliver top‑notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. Responsibilities Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner. Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence. Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care team members. Keep timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate’s in Occupational Therapy – OTA. Education and/or experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in the field. Actively licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Lymphedema Certified-CLT a plus but not required.
