Project Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager who knows how to own a project from quote to completion-and isn't afraid to be accountable for the numbers.

This role is about driving profitability, managing customer expectations, and keeping projects moving across production, engineering, and sales. If you can read prints, control costs, and keep teams aligned in a fast-paced environment, this is worth a conversation.

What You'll Do:

• Own project P&L and drive profitability across accounts
• Support estimating, pricing, and cost analysis to stay competitive and profitable
• Lead new project launches-internally and with customers
• Coordinate across production, engineering, quality, and sales to ensure jobs run right the first time
• Translate customer requirements into clear plans (BOMs, routings, specs) for the floor
• Monitor progress, solve problems, and keep projects on track
• Maintain accurate documentation including prints, pricing, and quality requirements

What You Bring:

• Experience managing projects in manufacturing, construction, or metal fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerances
• Strong understanding of production processes (tubular steel or similar is a plus)
• Solid business sense-comfortable owning costs, margins, and outcomes
• Strong communication and leadership skills across multiple departments
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data; CAD is a plus

Background:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5+ years of relevant project management experience
