Project Manager

Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Duration: through 12/31/2027

We're hiring an Enterprise Project Manager to support a financial services organization in driving large-scale initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning strategic goals into actionable plans and can confidently guide projects from initial concept through execution.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to organize priorities, define project scope, and ensure alignment across teams while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with business leaders to shape and structure key initiatives
• Translate broad objectives into defined project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
• Break down work into manageable components and establish ownership across teams
• Identify key stakeholders and build strong working relationships
• Create and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and tracking tools
• Facilitate regular check-ins, status updates, and project meetings
• Drive progress by coordinating across teams and removing blockers
• Ensure consistent communication, visibility, and accountability from kickoff through completion

Required Qualifications:
Must-Have:

• Experience working in a PMO or portfolio-based environment
• Strong technical/digital acumen
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments or Agile certification

Preferred:

• PMP certification
• Background in change management practices
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Outlook and Zoom (including virtual whiteboarding)
• Exposure to project tracking tools like Clarity or other database systems
• Previous experience working with large, complex financial organizations

• Taking ownership of project tracking and coordination with minimal oversight
• Leading meetings and discussions with confidence
• Effectively managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Demonstrating the ability to move work forward with little guidance
