About the Role

The Company is seeking a visionary and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a related mission-driven organization. The role requires a leader with a strong background in policy, advocacy, and government relations, as well as experience in talent development and team management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to serve as a visible and persuasive ambassador for the organization.
