About the Role

Zona Facta is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company through its next stage of growth and operational development. This executive leadership position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for overseeing company operations, driving business development initiatives, ensuring service excellence, and executing strategic growth objectives across all company locations.

The COO will play a critical role in shaping organizational strategy, strengthening operational performance, expanding client relationships, and supporting the long-term success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company goals, client commitments, and strategic objectives.
• Lead, develop, and support operational teams across multiple locations.
• Drive business development efforts, identify growth opportunities, and cultivate new client relationships.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and organizational development.
• Ensure operational performance, financial objectives, compliance requirements, and service quality standards are consistently met.
• Travel to company locations as needed, including quarterly visits to Tulsa and approximately 30% overall travel.
• Represent the company in client meetings, executive discussions, industry engagements, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in operations, facilities management, security services, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving organizational growth.
• Strong business development experience with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple departments, locations, or service lines.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Experience working within a veteran-owned or service-oriented organization is preferred but not required.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and overall fit for the position. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
