Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your educational background, training, and professional experience to perform thorough psychosocial assessments and develop independently formulated diagnoses for patients.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create customized, patient-centered treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions such as solution-focused treatments, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving techniques to drive meaningful client progress.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and primary care providers within Walmart Health & Wellness, to ensure seamless and comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Regularly monitor and track treatment responses and outcomes, conducting both in-person and virtual sessions to evaluate progress toward established mental health goals.
\n
• Assist in psychotropic medication management through close monitoring of adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy as guided by medical providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without restrictions in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting as an independently licensed practitioner.

Preferred Experience\n

While one year of direct therapy experience is required, additional experience with diverse populations or in therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care will be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques is also preferred given the remote nature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
