Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' histories and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), ensuring ethical standards and adherence to Pennsylvania licensing regulations are maintained.

• Document progress notes and treatment updates accurately and in a timely manner, collaborating with our clinical leadership team for continuous improvement.

• Participate in optional clinical meetings and peer consults, providing a platform for professional growth and mentorship.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers or community resources when necessary to enhance the comprehensive care of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
