Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status using standardized tools and methodologies, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate ongoing evaluations and adjustments of treatment strategies based on patient progress, integrating evidence-based practices to support effective mental health treatment.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of treatment records in adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy in clinical reporting.

• Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop a holistic treatment plan that addresses their unique needs, engendering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Lead the creation of treatment objectives in partnership with patients and their families, focusing on symptom management and safety interventions, and actively participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
