We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership for children receiving in-home ABA therapy. The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze behavioral data, and work closely with children and their families.
Service Area: Statesville, Mooresville & Terrell, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Salary: $95,000–$110,000/year + Retention Bonus
Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy
Schedule: Flexible | Hybrid options available

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
- Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) .
- Set measurable treatment goals and adjust plans based on data.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) .
- Provide caregiver education and parent coaching.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, SLPs, OTs, and other providers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure ethical/compliant care.
- Travel locally to client homes as needed.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism/developmental disabilities.
- Experience supervising RBTs.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally to client homes.
