Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Service Area: Statesville, Mooresville, and Terrell, NC
Setting: In-Home ABA

About iCare Therapy

Position Summary

The BCBA will provide clinical leadership for children receiving in-home ABA services and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze treatment data, provide caregiver coaching, and ensure ethical, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations.
• Identify client strengths, needs, and treatment priorities.
  

Clinical Supervision

• Supervise, mentor, and coach RBTs.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality clinical care.

Family Partnership & Collaboration

• Provide caregiver education and parent coaching.
• Partner with families to establish meaningful treatment priorities.
• Coordinate care with physicians, educators, SLPs, OTs, and other providers as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain NC licensure.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
