Work Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy
Salary: $95,000–$110,000/year
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership for children receiving in-home ABA therapy. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide caregiver coaching, analyze clinical data, and collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals.

This is an in-home position , with services provided directly in clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical evaluations.
- Identify each child's strengths, needs, and treatment priorities.
- Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Establish measurable treatment goals and modify plans based on clinical data.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback.
- Monitor treatment fidelity and clinical outcomes.
- Provide caregiver education and parent coaching.
- Collaborate with families to establish meaningful treatment priorities.
- Support caregivers in implementing ABA strategies during daily routines.
- Coordinate care with physicians, educators, SLPs, OTs, and other providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Review and analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions.
- Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in clinical meetings, peer collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Current BCBA certification in good standing — Required
- North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure — Required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field — Required
- 3+ years of clinical BCBA experience — Required
- At least 1 year of experience with the same employer/company — Required per screening criteria
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel locally to client homes
- Willingness to provide in-home services
